A Bit of Dainty Today...

I've been scribbling patterns as I find them, unless they're on Pinterest and I can pin them. I'll be SO glad when my computer returns because I'm typically very disciplined about saving patterns AND the link to where I found them. Scribbling on papers here and there is NOT organized and I'm losing pertinent details. I don 't have a link for you on this...but if I find it, I'll pop back in and add it. If you search Pinterest, you can find a lot of collars out there!

This is a very quick make - and so cute! A pearl button at the join (rather than the tie) would be cute too! The tie could be worn front or rear, depending on the look you wish to achieve. Beads would be a fun addition too. So many possibilities and not enough hours in the days!

Back to my knitted looking cowl...I'm nearly finished and will show you the final outcome when done...with my commentary on the pattern just for Pammy Sue! :-)

  3. How pretty and prim and Victorian. Looks fun and QUICK. Can't wait to see the cowl and maybe start one for myself you know, because it's so cold down here and all (78° here yesterday. Boo!).

    1. Teresa, I edited the photo and it changed up the color...it's actually peach with an ivory color used in that last row. Let me ask you a question...you mentioned a retouch feature you use to remove animal fur in photos...do you recall which app that's in? I have three editing apps and not one of them has anything like that! When I have my computer, I use Photoshop and it's not a problem, but using the iPad exclusively right now is challenging me! Would love to know which app you are using...thanks!
