A New Obsession!

OK, am I the LAST one to learn of the crochet designer, Sophie Digard? I know Eileen at Crochet Attic knows of her, but do the rest of you? If so, WHERE have I been? How did I miss out until now? O......M......G! Her works are incredible! I was on Instagram this morning and one of my contacts posted some works of hers with a hash tag reference. I was off and running and have been drooling over her works all day. In case you're just learning of her too, take a look below at some of her creations. They are pieces of art, each of them! I took the images from the Internet...obviously, none belong to me.

Ciao, Bellas!

  4. I discovered Sophie Digard when I was watching a period piece movie and the woman in it was wearing this adorable bed jacket of tiny coin sized rounds joined together. I posted it on my blog and Suz identified the designer. I tried to make a similar thing with nickel sized rounds of alpaca and after joining 3 of them together I threw up my hands in surrender.. too many tiny rounds.. I don't know how she does it!! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
