Oh yum, oh yum, oh yum

I happened upon a pattern the other night...and I'm in love! It all started when Teresa's mention of heart patterns got me thinking about the first I ever made ( and still my favorite) - I found it a couple of years ago on the blog called "Easy Makes Me Happy", by Tara (I'll put a link in the comments). When I got to her blog, I found a post for a neck warmer that I had missed before now. One look and I knew I had to make it and feel its squishy goodness. I have to admit, I tried to puzzle it out without spending money on the pattern...and I almost had it...but not quite! So at 11 at night, I jumped on Ravelry and purchased it! It's extremely simple, however, it takes awhile. I'm still working on it - but had to share the in process photo! Using Caron Simply Soft...and it is SO squishy good. My daughter took one look at it and announced it will be hers. We may have to have a discussion about that!

Mind you, this looks to be knitted...it is not. It is definitely crocheted! Fascinating, eh?

I'm linking you to the location of the pattern on Ravelry if you want one of your own. I love Tara's (also known as Mamachee) patterns.

It's hump day...we're sliding into the weekend from here out!
